Private sessions are the best way to train as you work on all the equipment and have the teacher’s full attention. Private sessions are designed entirely around your individual needs and goals.

It is a great introduction to the method and allows you to build up the fundamental movements, to develop a better understanding of the system and your own body. Working out with a friend or partner is a great way to get into shape and have fun. Learn cool moves, boost your confidence and have fun. Pilates is also a great way to impress your friends and family. You’ll learn the basics, so that in no time at all, you’ll both be working out independantly.
